The best venues often have a very simple philosophy of excellence guiding
them, and Chaibo is no exception. Prior to opening, Liz and I spent a great
deal of time traveling, researching menu items and crafting the ideal
coffeehouse experience. Our vision was to serve rich comfort cuisine of
exceptional quality, value and taste, in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
We seek to offer our patrons a truly unique café experience, unlike anything
they’ve come across before. Something refreshing and new. Something that
will keep them coming back for more. We’re proud to say, Chaibo is the
result of that forethought, hard work and attention to detail.
The evolution of Chaibo continues, but the philosophy hasn’t changed. When
you settle into a comfortable, overstuffed chair, bite into a crisp,
delicious Panini and sip at a perfectly balanced coffee, you’ll know you’re
someplace special. The meats and cheeses are premium, the beans are
free-trade, organic and perfectly roasted, the desserts are to die for and
the live music chosen with care.
